We just wrapped up an insightful webinar with Caroline Reid from Shopper Intelligence 💡 Smart Cat Man, covering the 2024 State of the Nation report. Shopper Intelligence specializes in providing detailed shopper behavior insights by surveying over 50,000 Irish shoppers across 191 categories. Their research supports retailers and brands in making informed decisions on key trends such as loyalty, price perception and satisfaction. Caroline shared that shopper satisfaction has returned to pre-Covid levels, with Tesco and Dunnes leading the way. It was also discussed how retail tiers and channels are aligning more closely, creating a more consistent shopping experience.
