In 2024, we delivered a total of 2,415 new homes, and generated record revenue of €869 million, an increase of 43% year-on year. With significant investment in our landbank and planning permissions in place for all targeted output for this year, we are confident of continued success in 2025. Stephen Garvey, CEO, commented: “In 2024, we scaled the delivery of high-quality sustainable homes, embedded innovations and efficiencies across our operations, and established Glenveagh as a preferred public sector partner. The impact of our strategy is evident in our performance and our proactive approach to fuelling future ambitions.” See highlights of our 2024 performance below and read our full statement to the stock market here: https://lnkd.in/eNQQBYbv

On Wednesday, we gathered to celebrate International Women’s Day 2025 in Glenveagh. Our panel of Glenveagh female colleagues discussed their career paths and the initiatives Glenveagh has in place to #accelerateaction and drive greater diversity in our business. The importance of mentorship, paying it forward and the impact of moments of support from leaders came to the fore. We were also privileged to host renowned sports strategist, Lisa Fallon. She related her own experiences as a woman in a male dominated industry to women in construction, and provided everyone with actionable advice for navigating their careers and any challenges they might face. Thanks to all of our participants for their honesty, inspiration and insight, and to our Women’s Employee Network Group for providing this important opportunity for discussion. #LoveWhereYouWork #IWD2025 #AccelerateAction

Last night, at the annual Great Place to Work® Ireland awards ceremony, Glenveagh was recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Large Workplaces for the fifth year running. When published in early 2023, one objective set out in the business's strategy, 'Building Better', was to become an employer of choice and the best place to work in our sector. Thanks to the calibre of our people and the strength of our workplace culture, we've been able to both meet and maintain this objective each year. Thanks to Great Place to Work for honouring us once again with this award. #LoveWhereYouWork
