AT MTM Engineering, safety and expertise go hand-in-hand. Recently, our Training Manager, Darren Cogan, led a comprehensive training session on the safe use of cable installation plant and equipment for new operatives on a Data Centre Project in Gävle, Sweden. This session covered both theory and practical application, focusing on essential equipment such as cable jacks, winches, ropes, cable socks, pallet trucks, drum carriers, and safe drum handling techniques. Darren also highlighted key hazards and the control measures needed to maintain safety during operations. It was rewarding to see the team put their newly acquired knowledge into practice, gaining valuable hands-on experience with this specialised equipment. #Training #SafetyFirst #EngineeringExcellence #DataCentreProject #MTMEngineering
