TOT Architects is thrilled to announce the successful completion of Phase 1 of Project Greenfield, a landmark development for Integer, one of the world's leading life science companies specializing in the manufacture of intravenous diagnostic devices. Located in Galway, Project Greenfield features a state-of-the-art, two-story manufacturing and research/development facility of approximately 10,600 sqm, complete with ancillary two-story office and staff facilities covering an area of approximately 2,450 sqm. This project marks a significant milestone in Integer's expansion, reflecting their commitment to innovation and excellence in the life sciences sector. TOT Architects has collaborated closely with the Client, to ensure the facility meets their high standards for quality and functionality. This cutting-edge facility will enhance Integer’s capacity for innovation, allowing them to continue providing top-tier medical technology solutions worldwide. TOT Architects were delighted to be part of a fantastic team with Stewart Construction, J. B. Barry and Partners Limited, Varming Consulting Engineers Ltd., GNKA, Doyle + O'Troithigh Landscape Architecture, O'Herlihy Access Consultancy (OHAC) and Jensen Hughes.

The Sidings commercial office development features a 10-storey over basement structure covering 19,856 sq.m. Originally a railway siding, the site sits one level above the street. Plans include lowering the site to street level, safeguarding and adapting the historical retaining wall, and constructing a new basement within this adjusted area.
