אתמול השתתפנו בכינוס השנתי ה- 29 של החברה הישראלית לאיכות ברפואה. הכנס עסק השנה באיכות בשגרת חירום והיה מרתק ומשכיל כאחד. במסגרת ההרצאות, Galit Shefer, PhD מתמנ"ע סיפרה על תהליך איסוף הנתונים הרפואיים שביצע המשרד לשם הנגשתם לצורך זיהוי החללים והנעדרים של ארועי ה- 7 באוקטובר. הקהל היה בקשב רב והביע הערכה רבה לנעשה במשרד. תודה רבה ל- Ran Balicer ו- Mali Kusha על עוד כנס מוצלח על כל היבטיו!. אנחנו אוהבים שיתופי פעולה מעולים, הפעם בין שלושה גורמים מרכזיים באקוסיסטם של מערכת הבריאות: המרכז הישראלי לבקרת מחלות, מכבי שירותי בריאות ותמנ"ע! מחקר חדש בראשות Gabriel Chodick Barbara Silverman ו Lital Keinan - Boker השתמש בנתונים מרשם הסרטן הלאומי בישראל (INCR) כדי לזהות נשים בסיכון גבוה לסרטן השד והשחלות. המחקר עשה שימוש חדשני ברשם הסרטן, ובאמצעותו, החוקרים הצליחו לחשב סולם סיכון המבוסס על היסטוריה רפואית משפחתית לכ- 5.4% מאוכלוסיית הנשים של מכבי בגילאי 26-45. שימוש חדשני זה בנתוני הרשם מאפשר דרכים נוספות לזיהוי אוכלוסיות בסיכון לשם הפניה לבדיקות הסקר הקיימות. המחקר נערך באמצעות פלטפורמת TIMNA המאפשרת מיזוג של נתונים לא מזוהים ממספר מקורות וארגונים. תודה ל Eli melul שליווה את הפרויקט מטעם תמנ"ע וסייע בהבאת הנתונים והעמדת הצרכים הטכנולוגיים לטובת הפרויקט. We love great collaborations, this time between three important organizations within our ecosystem, the Israel Center for Disease Control, Maccabi Health care Services and of course, TIMNA! A new study led by Gabriel Chodick (MHS), Barbara Silverman (ICDC), and Lital Keinan - Boker (ICDC) used data from the #IsraelNationalCancerRegistry (INCR) to identify women at high risk of breast and ovarian cancer. Overall, family history assessment tool (FHAT) scores were calculated for 5.4% of MHS member women ages 26-45 and who were found to have a relevant family history of cancer in the INCR data. This innovative use INCR data allows additional ways to identify at-risk populations for referral to the existing screening tests. The study was conducted using TIMNA's big data platform allowing for the merging of de-identified data from multiple sources and organizations. הכינוס השנתי ה- 29 של החברה הישראלית לאיכות ברפואה עוסק השנה באיכות בשגרת חירום. בכנס, Galit Shefer, PhD תספר על איך ב- 8 באוקטובר קם חמ"ל של משרד הבריאות בראשותה של ד"ר ורד עזרא ו-Eli melul שתכלל את החמ"ל. בחמ"ל הוקם מכלול שעסק באיסוף נתונים רפואיים והנגשתם לצורך זיהוי חללים ונעדרים מאירועי ה-7 באוקטובר. הצוות עסק בחיפוש מידע רפואי שיסייע בזיהוי פורנזי לבקשת המכון לרפואה משפטית ומז"פ. תשתית הדאטה שנבנתה ב- Digital Technology and Data Division, Ministry of Health הצליחה לאתר ולהנגיש בזמן קצר מאוד מידע רפואי רלוונטי ממערכות בריאות רבות ויצרה דשבורד מתכלל לנתונים הרבים שנאספו על כל אחד מהנעדרים. אנשים רבים תרמו לחמ"ל ימים כלילות וקצרה היריעה מלהזכיר את כולם. נציין שבחמ"ל היה שיתוף פעולה מלא בין צוותים שונים במשרד, בינהם גם צוות ה- BI, מפעל המידע, צוות תמנ"ע ומחלקת שיתוף מידע רפואי. מקווים לפגוש אתכם בכנס ולספר לכם על שיתוף הפעולה החשוב של הצוות הרב מקצועי מתחומי הרפואה והמחשוב שפעלו יחדיו. ההרצאה של ד"ר שפר היא במושב ב'6. נאחל לימים שקטים שבהם נשתמש בתשתיות הדאטה רק לשם קידום הבריאות. מצורפת תכנית הכנס: https://lnkd.in/deZpVQ_J Barak Shukrun Hani Levy Nati Brooks Ronen Abramov Liza Cohen Divinsky
