Saturday was fun! Around 60 Customer Success Enthusiasts joined the Customer Success Community India meetup in Koramangala, Bengaluru. We took a different approach this time, and we wanted to give everyone a more immersive experience. The idea was simple! Customer Success is filled with stories, and we thought, why not have our meetup on a storytelling theme? So, we asked people to share their CS experiences with each other and then pick up and share the best stories with the wider audience.
