    Interviewer to CSM: How far will you go to meet customer expectations? CSM: This 👇 CS Job market is kind of tricky in 2024! Good Jobs are limited. CSMs applying are unlimited. Hitting 'Apply' and praying for a call from HR doesn't work anymore. At least, this is what I can see in our Customer Success Community India's WhatsApp Group. There are people who have been struggling to find a job for the last 12 months. However, there is a way to go about it. To help the CS Community, I plan to run a FREE Webinar on CS Job Search and Application Strategy. These strategies helped dozens of people land their dream CS job during the COVID period in 2021.
