✨ A great start to the Northern Regional Consultation in Ranchi! ✨ Discussions highlighted the importance of intersectional feminism that embraces diverse experiences and struggles. Participants shared powerful personal stories about how Adivasi and tribal communities navigate the complexities of gender and identity. 🌿 They also explored how leadership within these communities 🌱 grows from collective experiences, drawing upon cultural roots while challenging deep-rooted structural inequalities.
