We met Deepa Treesa Thomas while looking out for a Jr. HR executive and we’ve never seen someone who is so apt for this role. While most HR professionals might lean too heavily on being one side of the spectrum—either too close to the employees or too distant from them Deepa managed to strike a delicate balance. "We're out of candidates" Even though HR said it in a disappointing manner, it was quite understandable that finding the right 'Technical Content Writer' was never an easy task especially when you are looking for a replacement for your senior content writer. Yes, there are a lot of people who can write, but a person who can write quality technical blogs which is imperative to the SEO results and branding is like gold dust. But, as a stroke of luck, we got to find a replacement in the dying hours. She is 'Hela' who then went on to become an integral part of our team. Hela is silent, calm and composed at first glance, but vigorous in nature when you get closer. As someone who was managing a dual role previously as a content writer cum project coordinator, she took her time initially to get on with things. But she was an inherent autodidact and it didn't take her much to adapt to the things and move on. Hela always tried to research, learn and improve her mastery and there was not much need for an editor to review her work. There was no other person who wrote the stories of our other family members during the last one and half years in this 'Humans of iROID' series and you can perceive her calibre by going through this series only.
