NFL wins Public Sector Excellence #Award during Dun & Bradstreet PSU & Govt Summit 2024 held in New Delhi. The company received the award for playing its role in nation-building through innovation and excellence. Dr. Bibek Debroy, Chairman Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister, Government of India, delivered the Keynote address on the occasion and gave away the awards. NFL wins Award for "Responsible Business in Fertilizer Sector" during Responsible Business #Awards Ceremony held in Mumbai on 11th July. The company received the award for its initiative for women empowerment and employment generation by way of distribution of Agriculture Drones to 70 no. Drone Didis in the state of Punjab and M.P. under its #CSR Scheme. These Drone Didis were also provided Drone Pilot Training and Licence by NFL. The ladies are conducting spray of fertilizers in the fields in rural areas using the drones and generating income. NFL Navratna Celebrations held NFL employees, ex employees and Business Associates enthusiastically participated in the Navratna Celebrations of the company in a function held in Noida which was also joined by all the units and marketing offices, through video connectivity. Speaking on the occasion, Dr U Saravanan, C&MD beautifully correlated his determination to achieve Navratna status for NFL with the mythological tale of Denial, Determinations and Creations. He congratulated all the employees of the NFL on achieving this Navratna Status. He credited this Navratna status to ex-employees as per his belief that "There is no present without the past". Besides the Directors, CVO, ED (HR), ex employees, all the Unit Heads, Zonal Managers, Representatives of Union, Officers Association and SC/ST Welfare Association also spoke on the occasion. A cultural program comprising songs, dances, skits and poems were also presented by the Women Employees on the occasion in Noida.

Dr U Saravanan, C&MD, interacts with the newly joined batch of MTs (Marketing) at Nangal. He encouraged them to actively participate in the growth journey of the company with fresh ideas. The MTs also showcased their talent during a cultural program on the occasion.
