A dynamic team of young NTPCians—Shri Antriksh Taliwal, Sr. Manager (C&I Maintenance), NTPC Vindhyachal, and Shri Nitin Arya, Sr. Manager (Operation), NTPC Tanda—proudly represented NTPC Ltd. at GRIDCON 2025, an international conference organised by PowerGrid in association with CIGRE at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Delhi, from 9th -11th March, 2025.  Their research paper was shortlisted for a prestigious poster presentation at an event that brought together over 2,000 delegates from 30+ countries and 150+ global exhibitors showcasing innovations in the power sector.  The duo presented a poster on NTPC's smart practices in human asset management, highlighting initiatives in resource optimisation, knowledge management, and employee skill development. They demonstrated how these strategies align with NTPC’s core values—ICOMIT—reinforcing the organisation’s ethos of "People before PLF."  Their presentation drew keen interest from industry leaders, with senior delegates from PowerGrid, Siemens, CTU, BHEL, and other reputed firms commending NTPC’s approach. In a significant boost to sustainable energy and supporting the Government of India's clean energy transition, NTPC and its green energy arm NTPC Green Energy Limited have signed multiple agreements worth ₹96,000 crore with the Government of Chhattisgarh at the Chhattisgarh Energy Investors Summit-2025 held in Raipur on 10th March, 2025. The collaboration includes a 4200 MW nuclear power project, a 1200 MW pumped hydro storage facility and 2 GW of renewable energy projects. These initiatives will not only strengthen Chhattisgarh’s energy infrastructure but will also create opportunities for economic growth and regional development. The ceremony was graced by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Energy Shri Subodh Kumar Singh, Shri Sanjiv Kumar Katiyar, MD (CSPGCL) and other state officials. Team NTPC was represented by Shri Pradipta Kumar Mishra, RED (WR-II) & Ash (NI), Shri Prasenjit Pal, ED (Nuclear), Shri J C Kakoti, GM (Hydro) and Shri Bimal Gopalachari, AGM (NGEL) .
