✨ 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐤 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐝 (𝐂𝐋𝐒𝐒): 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ✨ I enjoyed visiting a CLSS session in the Piparia cluster of Narmadapuram district conducted for class 3 to 5 teachers. Witnessing government school teachers coming together to share best practices, exchange insights, and engage in meaningful academic discussions was inspiring. 🤔𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐋𝐒𝐒 ??? 🤔  CLSS offers a unique platform where teachers(Class 1 to Class 8) from each cluster gather monthly, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and peer learning throughout the academic year. This decentralized, teacher-driven approach is building a sustainable ecosystem for innovation and excellence in teaching practices, redefining the education landscape across Madhya Pradesh. This initiative has been started under #MissionAnkur(MA) program, which is part of the #NIPUNBharat initiative across MP from this academic year. Seeing teachers' commitment to enhancing their teaching methods and student engagement was truly motivating. This initiative is a fantastic step towards creating a more connected, empowered community of educators. I thank The Education Alliance for making me part of this wonderful initiative. Hats off to Vaishnavi Shukla, Neha K., Damodar Pardhi and the MA team for their incredible dedication, bringing this project to life with tireless effort, day and night! Ambedkar Schools of Specialized Excellence, and unearthed our hidden talents through engaging activities led by the incredible ASoSE students and facilitators. New members were welcomed with open arms, and we left with full hearts and fuller bellies, thanks to Delhi’s amazing food. The workshop focused on collaboration and sharing insights to strengthen teaching and learning outcomes across states. STARS here stands for 'Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States Program'. The team showcased the progress made in Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) under Mission Ankur in Madhya Pradesh. Shri Sanjay Kumar, Secretary, Ministry of Education, Government of India, and Rao Uday Pratap Singh, Education Minister of Madhya Pradesh, visited our stall and showed keen interest in our work. They commended the efforts of the team. During the visit to our stall, Shri sanjay kumar also highlighted the critical need to accelerate progress toward NIPUN Bharat's goals, reinforcing the importance of our collective efforts. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗣 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗸 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘃𝗮𝗱👩🏫👨🏫 We’re thrilled to be a part of the groundbreaking 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗸 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘃𝗮𝗱 initiative under Mission Ankur, in collaboration with Rajya Shiksha Kendra, Madhya Pradesh. On 28th September, this initiative came to life as over 3,000 clusters across the state hosted transformative peer-led dialogues, fostering a dynamic and empowered community of educators. With a focus on continuous professional growth, Shaikshik Samvad will enable 2,40,000 government school teachers (Grades 1-8) to engage in year-long academic discussions, collaboration and learn from each others’ best practices. TEA is supporting this initiative across the state for grades 1-5 while Peepul is supporting grades 6-8. The state-level orientation held on 19th & 20th September at Rajya Shiksha Kendra laid a strong foundation, aligning with district officials on the core objectives and implementation strategies to ensure success at every level.
