Exciting news from the Yokohama Group! We're thrilled to announce the successful ground-breaking ceremony of our newest passenger car tire plant in Saltillo, Mexico! Joined by the Honorable Governor of Coahuila, Manolo Jiménez Salinas, and our Chairman and CEO, Masataka Yamaishi San, it was a momentous occasion attended by over 250 esteemed guests. This state-of-the-art facility will have an annual production capacity of 5 million tires, with a planned capital investment of US$380 million. Construction is set to commence shortly, with production slated to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
