Functional Manager : Operations Head POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION: Managing the Marketing activity along with Marketing Manager to customized products for clients and collaborates with development teams for the T apes Standard products marketing to achieve sustained profitable growth and continue to be the preferred vendor of choice. Marketing Engineer is an essential part of a company's marketing team to apply technical knowledge to sales and marketing campaigns JOB SUMMARY:

• Development of product/solutions meeting the techno-commercial requirements of customer, while at the same time ensuring the business meets its Operating Profitability targets
• Training salespeople on product specifications and service offerings
• Extending support to Sales teams in meeting annual budgets, including training on technical & functional aspects of the products / solutions
• Working with cross functional teams- sales, production, sourcing, R&D and application to get the right product/solution developed
• Visit to Customers site JOB DIMENSIONS:
• Handling client inquiries over the product and provide technical support.
• Working along with Marketing Manager/Sales team to understand Market for New Products development
• Geographical Coverage : India GENERAL CONTEXT:
• Market dynamics is moving towards more customized solutions that demands an appropriate design and precision in mfg. activities
• Extend support to sales team in a multifaceted environment as well as sustain the market position through continuous innovation
