Today we show you a recently delivered #project in the student asset class. It is the CXMILAN | NOM campus in #NovateMilanese, a revolutionary #hospitality facility designed from scratch to accommodate over 1,000 students. Coiver Group, involved by the #GeneralContractor, has realized all dry #construction systems and interior finishes (Coiver Contract), as well as paintings and all insulation coatings (Coiver Sign & Color). As demand for student housing continues to grow, cities are being transformed, giving rise to new neighbourhoods and redeveloping existing ones. Inaugurated on 12nd October the blue #M4 metro line connecting Linate international #airport to the #Milan city centre in less than 30 minutes with 21 stops. Coiver Contract (a Coiver Group Company) has realised over 20.000 sqm of false ceilings and metal sheds confirming the economic and organisational strength our Group has in the #construction sector and especially in the #Infrastructure asset class. Other iconic #projects realised by Coiver Group and worthy of note are the M3 and M5 metro lines in Milan, the C metro line in Rome, the Milan Porta Susa and Naples Central stations and the Milan Malpensa, Bergamo Orio Al Serio and Rome Fiumicino airports. Coiver Group recently delivered the new ABB Academy Center in #Frosinone, a space of over 1,000 sqm whose #conceptdesign was managed by DEGW | Lombardini22. As #GeneralContractor, the Group carried out the work in just 8 months including additions. The special #design features, in addition to the initial strip-out, were the implementation of a smart electrical system allowing intelligent management of the entire #building, a strong focus on the insulation and sound absorption #performance of the rooms, and the installation of several highly aesthetic wooden elements. In addition to this, the Group built all the walls, false ceilings and floors, managed the bathrooms renovation with also wooden panelling, installed the glazed walls and partition walls, and supplied the external/internal metal structures to support the various works to be carried out. Last week, the usual visit of the Coiver Group's management took place to verify the progress of the works of the landmark #construction site in the Novoli district, north-west of #Florence. In addition to our CEO Enrico Maria Di Bartolo, PM Angelo Signoriello, and site assistant Carlo Di Paolo, #architects paolo mantero (CEO at Mantero Associati) and Massimo Roj (CEO at Progetto CMR), who signed the project and the art direction, Luigi Careri (Site Engineer at Jacobs) and Andrea Tomassini (Co-Founder di Three Hinged Arch S.r.l.), on the role of Project & Construction Management, were also present. This #project commissioned by Sviluppo SHQT, besides representing a model of #sustainability and #environmental well-being, is for our Group the most important project in terms of value and the perfect example of #FromConceptToReality, the cornerstone on which Coiver Group is founded. An important event inside the Torretta of the "Carlo Riva" tourist harbour, to experience the Group's #expertise and see first-hand the workmanship and finishes completed by Coiver Cladding, Coiver Contract and Ferlegno (Coiver Group Companies), which have engineered and transformed into reality the design concept of the Tectoo studio. Hence our pay-off #FromConceptToReality. A new occasion to celebrate the synergy and cohesion that distinguish our companies and that are also reflected in the Di Bartolo family, at the helm of the Group since 1977 and personally involved in all #projects. Special Guests of the event, in addition to our CEO Gianmaria Di Bartolo, were Alessandro Gelli (Managing Director of Porto "Carlo Riva") and #Architect Susanna Scarabicchi (Partner of Tectoo), whom we thank for their participation. Coiver Group was once again on the course as Sponsor of the Agire Italian Golf Championship, which brings together over 130 passionate #RealEstate operators. The 4th and penultimate stage of the circuit was held at the #Bergamo L'Albenza Golf Club. Representing our Group at the final award ceremony was Enrico Maria Di Bartolo, CEO and family member. The competition was attended by Roberto Cerioli (Coiver Sign & Color) and Ottavio Manghera (Ferlegno), confirming the Group's commitment to supporting #sport and its values, which reflect daily in our #construction sites and in relationships with our Customers and Stakeholders. The event was also the opportunity to promote the activities carried out by the #GeneralContracting division in the Hotels, Offices and Shopping Centers' asset classes and to enhance the FERLEGNO brand (a Group’s division that produce special furnishings, custom false ceiling and boiserie, as well as partition walls since 1966), pursuing the "Performance in the Air" advertising campaign in the #architecture magazine THE PLAN.   We invite all golfing friends to write us (marketing1@coiver.it) to participate as our special guests in the final stage of the Agire Golf Championship (30/09 Barlassina).
