Established in 1981, Fashion Box S.p.A. is now one of the leading international companies in the denim sector. The Italian Group which is based in Asolo (Treviso) creates, promotes and distributes men’s, women’s and children’s casual wear, accessories and footwear. It trades under the brands REPLAY, REPLAY&SONS, WE ARE REPLAY. The company’s mission has always been to excel in its innovative style, characteristic Italian design and superior quality of its products; the skill and expertise gained in the production of denim, in particular, is a special, unique asset to the Group. REPLAY takes its name from the concept of “re-making”, “re-creating” and “re-elaborating”, which appealed to its founder Claudio Buziol when he saw the word come up on his TV screen during a football match.     Asolo, 11th March 2025 - Fashion Box - a leading global premium denim and casual-wear group, parent company of the Replay brand - has signed an agreement with Bric's S.p.A. - the renowed luxury and designer luggage brand - to create and distribute a collection of coordinated luggage and travel accessories.   The exclusive worldwide licence will last 4 years, and will include the launch of the first BRIC'S REPLAY Fall/Winter 2025 collection, starting in August 2025, in high-end retail shops, in Replay flagship stores, and online: www.replayjeans.com and www.brics.it . The BRIC'S REPLAY collection is a special edition of selected items inspired by BRIC'S iconic and best-selling X-Collection, made of recycled fabric. It includes soft trolleys, a weekend bag, an underseat backpack, handbags, and other travel items.   All items are available in two colour variants: camouflage with orange lining, or sand-wood with teal blue lining. The collection stands out for its identifiable branding: Replay’s iconic triangle denim label, customised R-shaped pull-tabs, inner linings embellished with Replay’s pay-off 'Follow your dreams', and a metal rhombus-shaped co-branded logo.   Matteo Sinigaglia, CEO of Fashion Box spa, commented: "Bric's is an Italian company with an important background in the luggage sector.     On the evening of October 16th we celebrated at Breuninger Munich the launch of the newest capsule collection in co-branding with FC Bayern München. VIPs, fashion and football fans as well as the press came together to experience this unique event. FC Bayern players Leroy Sané, Dayot Upamecano and Kingsley Coman were on site. It was an evening full of style and sportiness, proving how well fashion and sport worlds can be combined.   The capsule collection is comprised of a co-branded Denim Jacket and a co-branded Denim Overshirt. Every piece has been thought through down to the smallest detail - from the luxurious fabrics to the precise cuts that ensure a perfect fit. The perfect wardrobe for players who want to look and feel cool on and off the pitch.       Yesterday, Wednesday October 16th, the second leg of the forum on innovation, promoted by Italia Economy, called Disegnare il futuro Veneto (Designing the future of Veneto) was hosted in our headquarters in Asolo. The focus of the forum was innovation and research as crucial stepping stones to promote change as well as generate and eventually consolidate new products and new growth models in the Veneto area. Panels made up of institutional partners and local enterprises gave life to the forum. Marco Sinigaglia, spokesperson for Fashion Box for the occasion, has spoken in the "Sustainable future: challenges and opportunities in the global market" taking questions from Giuliano Bianucci, editor in chief of Italia Economy. It was an important opportunity for us to reaffirm the commitment to the journey to sustainability with a view to reduce the social and environmental footprint through an organized approach and aiming at reaching tangible results. #replay #replayjeans
