#FERS “Law, Finance and Litigation: addressing climate change risks in Europe” course has finally begun!  Today, participants have been greeted by the course coordinators Giulia Galluccio and #EnricoBuono, who provided them with an overview of both FERS main goals and the topics they will address in the next two weeks.  The class then started delving straight away into the realm of #InternationalLaw with Professor Buono, investigating how #climatechange deals with traditional legal categories, framework and mechanisms, to then carry out group work activities on #climatechangelitigation and deliberative instruments which can influence #climatepolicy, such as that of #citizensassemblies.
