Narciso Delladio, founder of La Sportiva, began his profession as a shoemaker in Val di Fiemme in the 1920s. Differentiating himself from the competition by creating boots specifically for the mountains that surround the village instead of traditional work boots. The history of La Sportiva was built on revolutionary innovations that have shaped the way people approach the mountain environment. Narciso’s legacy continues to be passed now onto the fourth generation.
