Il 73% dei dipendenti dichiara di aver vissuto situazioni di #stress o #ansia legate al lavoro e il 32% ha provato sensazioni di esaurimento, percentuale che sale al 47,7% tra i giovani. Lo dice l’8° Rapporto Censis Eudaimon 2024 sul benessere aziendale, ma sono tanti gli studi che confermano la presenza di vari tipi di sofferenza sul posto di #lavoro. Ed è così che Francesco Finazzi, ingegnere elettrico ed ex pilota militare, insieme a Mauro Delucis, Cecilia Dompé e Matteo Mendula, ha ideato un modello di #intelligenzaartificiale che analizza le parole utilizzate nei sistemi di conversazione aziendale come Teams e Slack. Un'AI applicata alla semantica. Obiettivo: rilevare il livello di stress dei dipendenti di un’azienda prima che compaiano i sintomi di malessere o di burnout. «Volevo fare qualcosa che potesse lasciare un segno» ha raccontato Finazzi.
