I am the Production Manager at Selektia: I improve every production cycle and develop new recipes, always striving for the perfect balance between all the ingredients. My goal is to achieve excellence and high-quality craftsmanship. What is your favorite part of the job? Without a doubt, my favorite part is researching products on the market and drawing inspiration from new ideas to make Selektia's products exclusive and unique. Your favorite product? Truffle sauce, for sure. Simplicity, authenticity, fresh raw materials, and natural aromas make this product simply perfect.
