Cahora Bassa is a Double Arch Concrete Dam located in Songo, Tete province, in Mozambique. It has a height of 170m meters from the foundation and a Crest Length of 303m. The El Quimbo Dam, located in Huila Department, Colombia, is a concrete-faced rock-fill hydroelectric facility positioned 1,300 meters upstream from the confluence of the Páez River with the Magdalena River. Sisgeo Latinoamerica Installed the following Systems: • 8 triaxial joint gauges between the face and the retaining wall, recalibratable for movements up to 750 millimeters. • A protection system, including galvanized steel boxes, designed, manufactured, and installed to handle movements up to 750 millimeters. HUGGENBERGER AG provided technical support and supplied instrumentation for the rehabilitation of the Sardar Sarovar dam, located near the town of Kevadiya, in India.
