2025 started strong for our agency! La scorsa settimana si è concluso l'evento #CXNowHealthcare2025, dedicato alla Customer Experience in ambito sanitario e farmaceutico, con Triplesense Reply Italia come sponsor. Il focus di quest'anno era sull'esperienza dei pazienti, un tema cruciale per migliorare i servizi e le interazioni nel settore salute, in linea con le recenti priorità dell'OMS, che ha posto il recupero della #fiducia dei cittadini e dei pazienti nella sanità al centro del dibattito. Questo concetto è stato al cuore delle discussioni durante l'evento di Milano, che ha visto la partecipazione dei principali attori dell'ecosistema salute.
