Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and guide HR services in Italy in accordance with global policies.
• Provide business partnership and HR guidance to the local team.
• Plan, design, and ensure the execution of HR services aligned with Theramex Global HR team.
• Implement and maintain effective human resources processes.
• Lead HR planning and strategy initiatives.
• Oversee policy management, employee relations, and performance management.
• Serve as an HR business partner, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Handle HR administration, compensation, and benefits management in alignment with global standards.
• Drive talent acquisition and management strategies.
• Facilitate learning and development initiatives.
• Act as a legal contact for HR matters.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in an International Pharmaceutical Company.
• Extensive knowledge of Italy HR policies, legislation, employment standards, and systems.
• Ability to thrive within a complex matrix organizational structure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
