Today and every day we think of the people – overwhelmingly Palestinian, as well as Israeli, Lebanese and those of other nationalities – who have been senselessly killed over the last year. And all Israeli hostages and illegally detained Palestinian prisoners. It’s now been one year since Israel began its devastating military offensive against Gaza, in response to the horrific attacks by Hamas and other Palestinian armed groups. The extreme violence has created an unimaginable nightmare for millions of people. It’s a catastrophic failure from complicit world leaders to demand a ceasefire and stop selling arms to Israel. Everyone deserves to live in freedom, with dignity and self-determination. World leaders must do everything in their power to bring peace and justice for all. #CeasefireNOW

Billionaires are flying private jets and circling the globe, while millions suffer the impacts of the climate crisis caused by their emissions. 🌍✈️ Oxfam’s new report shows that the super-rich are fueling this crisis at an unprecedented scale. The emissions from their jets, yachts, and fossil fuel investments are staggering, and it’s time to hold them accountable.
