I'm reaching out to share my frustration with a Samsung Flip3 phone that I purchased and has been under warranty. Recently, the display began showing thread lines, and the issue has progressively worsened, with more lines appearing daily. Despite the phone being under warranty, my visit to the Samsung Gallery resulted in a denial of a display replacement. It's disheartening to face such issues with a product still within its warranty period. I'm not alone in encountering this problem, as many others seem to be facing similar issues with their Samsung devices. I'm hoping to get some solution How to solve this issues?? Hello, I'm sorry to write to here, but Samsung Turkey customer service is not helpful. I bought an air conditioner and it was installed in my house by Samsung Türkiye authorized service on 10th of June. Since I did not have any information about where and how the air conditioner and outdoor unit would be connected, I could not intervene at that moment, but later, as a result of expert evaluation, I learned that this installation was not suitable. I am a victim because the authorized service did not inform me about this issue. I called Samsung Türkiye customer service and they are not helping me with this issue either. Hi Samsung Electronics recently my Z flip 4 got an update with 6.1 software post that whenever I am folding my phone it is getting switched off. Please check your software.

I have used many models of Samsung for more than 10 years, the result: Samsung means being condemned to live with powerbank.

4개월Samsung 85 inch TV We bought this tv on June 15 2023 and back in July the board went out and then my tv speakers were going out and then the tech comes out and replaces the board and speakers and the new board didnt work so he put in the old board in and the left and told me to make a new ticket and they would put it in for replacement and then they called and said they advised that they couldn’t do it. When he got here the tv was working and I could hear out one of the speakers. Atleast when he left the tv was on but no sound but now it’s off and won’t turn on. The Samsung’s remote don’t even work. I paid over $1300 for this tv and all it’s doing now is collecting dust on the wall where it’s mounted out. I even considered buying the new Samsung 24 phone but thank God I didn’t. I need someone to help bc this warranty on this tv is about to expire
