Samsung commited free screen guard replacement for flip5 & fold5 series which are premium devices in market. But as a costumer I face poor after sales support and services. They are just providing wrong commitments. Don't buy those high ends divces. My service request number is 1194634228.

Samsung Electronics al tien weken wacht ik op een monteur. Vandaag belt de monteur weer af. Nu wordt mij door door de klantenservice gezegd dat ik binnen 5 werkdagen word teruggebeld. Wanneer komt er een oplossing? 11 weken buitenhuis wassen, 5 vrije dagen opgenomen voor monteur. Wanneer word ik gecompenseerd en wanneer krijg ik gewoon een werkende wasmachine? Wat een #slechteservice
