The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism is delighted to share the incredible success of our signature brunch events at Caribbean Tourism Week 2024 in New York City! ✨ We showcased why the Cayman Islands is celebrated as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean, and it was a true culinary delight. With over 200 unique restaurants offering dynamic fusions and flavors, our islands are a haven for food enthusiasts. But what truly sets us apart is our iconic brunch scene, a cherished tradition that we proudly brought to NYC. 🗽 🌟Highlights from our brunch events🌟 CIDOT's Media Bruncheon with Selita Ebanks was an intimate and immersive event, graced by Caymanian model and star of Freeform’s Grand Cayman: Secrets in Paradise which highlighted the exquisite culinary offerings and the vibrant culture of our islands. The evening Brunch Experience welcomed Media and industry partners to enjoy an evening filled with authentic live entertainment, delectable cuisine, and exquisite cocktails. It was a true taste of our unparalleled brunch scene, bringing the flavors and vibrant atmosphere of the Cayman Islands to New York City. The events also featured well-known local personalities: mixologist and owner of Fusion Mixology Caribbean, Maya Grant; and musician, stuart wilson. We were also pleased to partner with Cayman Airways Limited, Cayman Spirits Company, Isy B. Designs (Isy Obi), Ted Green Fragrances (Tedrick Green), The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa and Grand Cayman Marriott. The brunch gave attendees—including prominent lifestyle, travel, entertainment, and culinary journalists—a taste of what brunch is like in the “Culinary Capital of the Caribbean." A major thank you to our partners and guests for making these events memorable.🌴 #CaribbeanTourismWeek #CaymanIslands #CulinaryCapital #NYC #CTW2024
