What started as a one-man company is now a team of professionals gathered around a birthday table 🎂 Meet the unlimited minds and smiles of our company: Laura, Albertas, Ugnius, Artūras, Andrius, Karolis, Edita, and martyna. Start of Energy Unlimited activities in Romania📍🇷🇴 In February, Energy Unlimited established a legal entity in Romania with focus on wind, solar and storage project development. The market entry to Romania is the first step of Energy Unlimited strategy to enter new European markets for the development of renewable energy assets 🚀 But that's not all! Meet our very first Romanian team member Vladimir Iancu. Vladimir joins us as our Land Transactions Manager, bringing with him expertise and passion for renewable energy. We're excited to start our activities in a new country with an attractive investment climate and strong fundamentals for large scale renewable energy development! Very pleased to announce that we have signed a Technical and Commercial Management Agreement (TCMA) for the 75 MW wind farm Akmene One, in Lithuania. The wind farm is owned by funds managed by Aquila Capital. It feels great to be able to further develop the cooperation, following the signing of the TCMA for Rostam in Sweden (photo) in October last year.    As this is our first contract in the Baltics, we are happy to have found a great partner in the local project developer of wind and solar projects Energy Unlimited.   Thanks to all the people involved, with a special thanks to Veith Pietsch, Rytis Kėvelaitis, and Artūras Mironovskis and Hesam Mortazavi! Energy Unlimited starts activities in wind energy assets operation 💨 Last week Energy Unlimited signed a Technical and Commercial Management Agreement (TCMA) for the 75 MW wind farm, Akmene One, situated in the north of Lithuania 🫱🏻🫲🏼🇱🇹 Our team is the local partner of Captiva Asset Management, an experienced wind, hydro and solar asset manager in the Nordics. The wind farm is owned by the funds managed by Aquila Capital 🚀 Under this agreement, Energy Unlimited will provide the local asset management services. These new activities follows Energy Unlimited strategy to provide services for the operational renewable energy assets. Recently Energy Unlimited team was joined by Artūras Mironovskis, an experienced wind operations & maintenance (O&M) manager.   Akmene One wind farm consists of 12 Vestas V162 turbines of 6.2 MW capacity, making it the largest operational wind farm in Lithuania for a time being 💨   It is a pleasure to work with such partners and we’re proud to be part of this project. Meet Rytis Kėvelaitis, Founder & CEO of Energy Unlimited! 👋🏻🌀 🔵 Before founding Energy Unlimited, Rytis served as the Vice Minister of Energy in Lithuania. 🔵 After his term in the ministry, Rytis decided that it was the right moment to create a renewable energy company, at a time when the renewable energy sector was still in its early stages of development, in order to achieve climate and energy security goals. 🔵 Prior to working in the Ministry of Energy, Rytis played an important role at Invest Lithuania, a public agency dedicated to providing advice, introductions, and regulatory support to global companies interested in doing business in Lithuania. 🔵 In addition to leading Energy Unlimited, Rytis is actively contributing to the renewable energy community as the Vice President and Board Member of the Lithuanian Solar Energy Association.
