RTL Magyarország introduces RTL Liget, its new base in downtown Budapest 🌟 The new building blends modernity with history: A state-of-the-art studio has been installed in the auditorium of the building, which hosted several events in its former function as a theatre hall. Besides the news division, RTL Hungary’s corporate functions have also moved to the new building, located right next to the green spaces of Városliget in Budapest. The previous office building will continue to operate under the RTL Studios name and serve as home for the production of popular shows. Gabriella Vidus, CEO of RTL Hungary, says: "RTL Liget is another important step in the transformation of our company that has been ongoing for many years. This state-of-the-art environment will allow us to further increase efficiency and speed, and further leverage cross-functional collaboration to respond even faster to our consumers' needs. 'Maria' secures worldwide sales following an outstanding debut at the Venice International Film Festival. Pablo Larraín's latest epic concluded its Venice run on a high note with sales in over 20 global territories and has since gone on to celebrate a successful US launch at the Telluride Film Festival. 'Maria' will also screen at the New York Film Festival next month. Netflix will distribute 'Maria' in the US; STUDIOCANAL in the UK, Germany, Poland; ARP in France; 01Distribution SRL in Italy; Sun Distribution in Latin America, Spain, Portugal and South Africa, and The Searchers N.V. in the Benelux region. Additional deals include, Switzerland (Pathé), Czech Republic (AQS), Greece (Faliro House). In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the film's star, Angelina Jolie, remarks on the often "emotional" and "intense" process of becoming Maria Callas, working with Pablo Larraín, and upcoming professional projects, such as Without Blood.
