This week, Cycas Hospitality celebrated the graduation of seven aspiring leaders from our annual leadership development programme, Cyfari. Throughout the 8-month programme of immersive learning, our Cycadettes participated in key industry masterclasses on commercial strategy, finance, IT, and people & culture - gaining invaluable skills to excel in the ever-evolving world of hospitality. Last month, some of Team Cycas visited the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sion, which is well on track for its highly anticipated 2025 opening.
