Last week we brought together 90 colleagues from across 17 country offices and our HQ for our 2024 Annual Staff Conference. It was a powerful week of reflection on INSO's impact over the past year and a forward-looking exploration of how we can continue to build, grow, and improve. Key discussions centred around enhancing our services to partners, especially local NGOs, strengthening our partnership with the UN system, and continuing to build our internal management capacity. A major theme running throughout the conference was a focus on culture, principles, and ethics where we focused on what it means to be an accountable humanitarian professional. This collaborative environment also provided space for our country offices to exchange success stories, learning moments, and strategies for fostering quality, accountability, and innovation. Together, we’re shaping the future of INSO to better serve those who need us most. This is all possible thanks to our donors and their continued support of our work on humanitarian safety and access.
