Orion Investment Partners and Re:Invent are expanding their partnership. After Rembrandt Park One, Re:Invent will also manage the first floor of the Berghaus office building from mid-2025. Berghaus, located at Koningin Wilhelminaplein 2-4 in Amsterdam, is a mixed-use building that will accommodate various functions, adding a unique dynamic to Amsterdam West as an Urban District.
The hybrid layer of Berghaus includes approximately 3,000 sqm LFA office space, offering all forms of flexible work: co-working, day offices, meeting rooms, and flexible offices. Additionally, a unique event space (for up to 70 people) will be available, located directly adjacent to the spectacular atrium of the building. These spaces are pay-per-use, making them available not only to building tenants but also to third-party renters. Re:Invent is also working on active programming — both during the day and in the evening — ensuring a vibrant atrium and contributing to a dynamic work environment.

About Berghaus
Berghaus is a mixed-use building that includes 288 apartments, approx 21,000 sqm LFA office space, a commercial plinth, and a spacious underground parking garage. The office building is rated A++++ for energy efficiency and holds a BREEAM Excellent certification. Berghaus is a development by Boelens de Gruyter and is completed by the end of March.
The building is part of a larger area development, transforming the area into a dynamic mix of living, working, and recreation, resulting in an attractive and lively environment. In addition to Re:Invent's operation of the building, Novo Nordisk is a tenant in the office building. Several floors in the office building are still available.
