Known for paving the way for the energy transition since 1984 with Argos Energies and founding the First Dutch family of companies with over 4 billion of value and 3000 employees, Prof. Peter Goedvolk is a sustainable energy and impact entrepreneurship pioneer. As Professor of Practice, he’ll use his 40+ years of experience to nurture and inspire our students, preparing them to become the impact-driven entrepreneurs of tomorrow. In his words, “Entrepreneurship can shape a brighter future—and Unknown University is committed to unlocking that potential in every student.” This appointment aligns with our mission to build Europe's #1 Impact Campus right here in South Holland, empowering students with hands-on learning, mentorship, and a thriving entrepreneurial community. Dinner with 9 founders that are enabling the circular economy! On Tuesday night, Remco Wagemakers and I had the pleasure of hosting 9 of the most promising founders leading the shift toward a circular economy at one of our Unknown Dinners. Thanks to everyone’s honesty and openness, there were some valuable and intriguing insights shared around the table - exactly what we aim for with these dinners. The week has only gotten to Wednesday but feels already Friday. This week we had to pleasure to host the Inovacijų agentūra (Innovation Agency of Lithuania) that took along 3 impact driven startup with AI technology. Diawiser AQ22 and Leya AI. With the help of 4impact capital Pauline Wink we were able to get them some relevant connections. Another visit that day from Casa do Impacto from #Lisbon that also joined with some startups to connect to the Dutch startup ecosystem. Thanks to KiCo Sami Simreen to invite 2 of them to join their food community at Unknown Campus Last but not least, we had our monthly Unknown Founder Dinner where we invite one of our community members to bring 9 other companies in their value chain or collaborate with to share founder experiences and challenges scaling their business.
