🌟 LevelUp 2024 Recap 🌟 It's been a week since LEVEL UP 2024 - the event that accelerates startups, and we're still digesting all the knowledge, expertise, and leads that were given to us. Even though it was a Tech-centered start-up event, we could still come away with so value so here are some highlights: 🔑 Keynote Spotlight A huge shoutout to Krijn De Nood for his thought-provoking talk on the paradoxes of entrepreneurship. His insights into the challenges of starting a venture were both eye-opening and inspiring! 💡 Investor Café The morning Investor Café was packed with innovation! It was amazing to see cutting-edge tech solutions addressing diverse challenges. Even though it wasn’t directly in our field, at Utemaru, we love celebrating and learning from every kind of innovation. 🤝 1:1 Meetings Last but certainly not least, we had valuable 1:1 meetings with brilliant minds. Special thanks to Juri Heise from kvk.nl for sharing his expertise and helping us identify new partners and potential customers eager to reinvent their outdoor spaces. Another great afternoon organized by The Gate. We were very happy to see some new faces joining with great ideas of their own and we hope to see the community continue to grow and succeed. We are very grateful for the gift for our incorporation and are looking forward to seeing the Wall of Incorporations (official name pending) get populated. As always, thanks to Bart van Grevenhof, Beaudine Moll, and the rest of the organization for the afternoon, the great barbeque, and the great atmosphere. We look forward to the next one!

Finalists of the TU/e Contest!! Yesterday we attended the Selection Day for the TU/e Contest. Many great projects were presented from many different areas ranging from helping teachers give more interactive learning experiences to a guide solution to public transportation for visually impaired people. At the end of the day, we pulled through as one of the 10 finalists who are going to compete for the podium at the #studentinnovationsummit2024! We are very happy to see our work recognized by our peers. We are also very excited for the 20th of June, when we will take the stage and pitch to a panel of experts for a chance at prizes and valuable feedback. Congratulations to all the other finalists. Extra props to the other The Gate finalists ArtVista, TouchPulse Technologies, and DieKees. They have been great as a community and as competitors who keep pushing us to improve. A big thank you to all involved in the organization, mainly Bart van Grevenhof and Beaudine Moll not only for putting together a great afternoon but also for their very creative and fun voting method of Investing in Fellow Companies.
