Last week, Mark Kievit and I had the privilege of hosting a U.S. delegation focused on Circular Neighborhood Development at the Hofbogen and Republica Wavin Polder Roof projects in Rotterdam & Amsterdam. We convened an incredible group of experts, including Shawn Wood from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Emily Freeman from the City of Boulder, Sam Fishman from SPUR, Marcus Hopper from Gensler, Jan Jongert from Superuse and Alain Romero from Vivative Ventures, Inc. .This delegation represented a cross-section of U.S. policymakers, think tanks, designers, and developers—each looking to advance circular development in their cities. It is exciting to see such passion and interest in circular (water) design from across the world and to share our work on this topic. It was a fantastic opportunity to introduce them to Orbia B&I Wavin and our circular water design solutions at two of our project sites, showcasing how these innovations are being integrated into cutting-edge building and urban projects. The future of circular water design is made possible not only through innovation but also collaboration across the broad stakeholders who are involved in bringing these projects to cities around the world 🌱 💧 🏙 . #CircularEconomy #CircularWaterDesign #Water #WaterInnovation #UrbanDesign #CircularNeighborhoods #BlueGreenRoofs #PolderRoof
