Happy clients and happy people is what motivates you, and you’re on the continuous pursuit of finding its intersection. As we are growing rapidly at Gospooky, we’re looking to expand our commercial team with a Client Service Director.

You will be reporting directly to the Commercial director and will be overseeing the agency’s talented team of client leads and client executives. Together with them, you will make sure we live up to our brand promise every single day - keeping leading brands at the forefront of Social. You are the embodiment of this promise and understand its proactive and unifying nature - if it hasn’t been done before, it’s only because it was not on your radar yet.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Director, eager to drive success as we pursue cross-market expansion. Your performance metrics will focus on enhancing client engagement, facilitating growth, and nurturing talent development.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: You will spearhead our annual Forefront Plans for all key clients, ensuring strategic alignment and innovative growth across our portfolios.
  • Revenue: As a crucial player, you are tasked with achieving the forecasted revenue projections from our existing client base, ensuring financial targets are met with precision and foresight.
  • Engagement: Collaborate closely with our client executives, brand managers, and other team members at Gospooky to maximize client engagement. Your role is vital in fostering strong, productive relationships and delivering outstanding results.
  • People: Your commitment to refining the interactions between our clients and Gospooky is unwavering. You focus on people and talent, striving to create a work environment free from unnecessary bureaucracy and politics, ensuring our team can perform at their best.
  • Proactive: At Gospooky, we value initiative - 40% of our work is unbriefed. You will be the guardian of this KPI, encouraging creativity and spontaneity in our approaches to meet and exceed this target.
  • Breaking Boundaries: Our growth has been fueled by exploring disruptive new products and services. You are charged with the exhilarating task of transforming these innovations into integrated, client-centric solutions that continue to set us apart in the industry. Your role is not just to follow trends but to create them, positioning Gospooky as a leader in the market.

You as Client Service Director:

  • Have 5+ years proven senior experience in commercial positions at (digital) agencies.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and combine thinking big with acting now.
  • Are highly ambitious, energetic, and result-oriented.
  • Are a self-starter who makes impact through execution and output.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Have strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Are able to prioritize, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Are easily approachable and team-focused.
