Environment, Health and Safety Manager

ENG Bauen are continuing to work closely with our clients across the UK and Europe, supporting major projects and critical work packages across the industry.

We are seeing a lot of movement from a resource point of view across multiple jurisdictions with clients and we are now supporting a global owner organisation who have been awarded a large package on a greenfield construction project in Rotterdam, South Holland.

In support of this project, we are looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join the project team on a long-term contract to help see this project through to handover and liaise with the client representatives to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the project.

This is an ideal opportunity for a HSE Specialist with experience on site of high-value multi-million Euro construction projects with high safety standards to further develop their professional skills and portfolio.

The Assignment:

• Conduct safety reviews

The Ideal Candidate will have/be:

• An experienced HSE supervisor
• Previous experience with Netherland-based projects
• Previous experience in Oil+Gas, Petrochemicals desirable
• Strong English and Dutch ability desirable
• An engineering background in Civil/Mechanical
• Qualified Industrial Safety / Occupational Safety and Health
• Experience of developing HSE protocols and regulations on-site
• Strong interpersonal communicator with a professional manner
