What you'll be doing at Dyflexis

As Senior UX/UI Designer, you report to our CTO and work in tandem with Daniel and Matthew in designing the most user-friendly workforce platform on earth. Our motto? If a 98-year-old-grandma swipes through it like a champ, mission accomplished ;)

⊕ Promote your vision to a diverse group of stakeholders, ranging from developers, UI, designers, copywriters, marketeers to product owners.

⊕ Translate wicked wireframes into clear visual concepts, flows, and designs.

⊕ Determine the value of proposed product features and primarily focus on how to improve so that users around the globe can easily navigate our products.

⊕ Analyse and prioritise quickly evolving business requirements: what should we prioritise over other priorities that we wrestle with quite a few more?

⊕ Assist with testing designs from an end-user perspective – and yes, we are building a lab, specifically for that purpose.

⊕ Apply human-centred design principles from concept to implementation in a multidisciplinary environment In scope. Interpreting (and designing) what that means, and A/B testing the resulting concepts until you perfect it.

What you need to succeed

Our rapid transition into product-led growth, calls for a healthy dose of tactical insights as well as, a trackrecord in building B2B products to maximise your impact on ours. Specifically, we're looking for:

⊕ Roughly 5 to 10 years of UI/UX experience, preferable in B2B environments

⊕ An analytical mindset with smart creativity

⊕ Enthusiasm about sharing feedback, about life, the universe and everything.

⊕ Here, nothing is set in stone yet, so conceptual prowess and a forward-thinking mindset are welcome
