Staying at Isbreen The Glacier, our very own secluded igloo property in Arctic Norway, Hotel Norge by Scandic in Bergen and an exclusive retreat nestled deep in the fjords, reserved for only a select few agencies, offered the ideal bases for immersing in nature, experiencing city life, and exploring the stunning outdoors. 🏔️ The culinary artistry we experienced from our chefs was truly unforgettable. 🍽️ ✨ It began with Jon Aga, a newly established restaurant owner, former hotel director and award winner for his efforts to promote food as a cultural experience in the tourism industry. This was followed by a remarkable dining experience at Bergen’s newest hotspot, Gaptrast, led by former Michelin-star restaurateurs Kristian Bretten Vangen and Øystein Ellingsen. And last but not least Adam Riber Bjerck, a multi-restaurant owner, entrepreneur, and former member of Norway's national culinary team, who brought art to each plate, much like he does with his paintings. From floating in Arctic waters to swimming beneath waterfalls and hiking with and without furry friends, it was a journey filled with adventure, breathtaking landscapes, and connections with people. Our Incredible Experience at Deplar Farm     This past February, we had the privilege of experiencing the exceptional hospitality of Deplar Farm, and words cannot express our gratitude for this unforgettable journey. Special thanks to Kurt Berman, the General Manager, whose dedication and attention to detail made our stay extraordinary. Deplar Farm is undeniably one of the best places in the Nordics, combining luxury with a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home and well cared for. From the moment we arrived, the friendly yet professional staff made us feel like part of the Deplar Farm family. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to ensure our comfort were evident in every interaction. One of the standout experiences of our stay came as a result of a very specific beverage request we made. To our delight, this became a personalized touch throughout our visit. Whether we were relaxing at the lodge or exploring the breathtaking surroundings on a snowmobile trip, our favorite drink was always there waiting for us. This thoughtful gesture truly exemplified the exceptional service we received.     The culinary experience at Deplar Farm was nothing short of spectacular. The food and drinks were delicious, and any special request was met with enthusiasm.
