Amarachi is a strategy, operations, and talent development professional with experience in the education, production, grocery retail, and home improvement retail industries. She offers innovative solutions to improve customer experiences. Amarachi has spoken at various inclusion and career development events and is passionate about learning, technology, and building capacity in others.
Becky Wightman, Entrepreneur and Advisor
Becky is a former lawyer-turned-entrepreneur who has been living in Oslo for almost seven years. She won the National competition ‘Hack the Crisis Norway’ in 2020 with an idea for an instant gift-giving app kick-starting her entrepreneurial journey. She has co-founded WAM and Syrenna, as well as the community initiative MyOneAmazingLife.
Ndey Jobarteh, Project Coordinator, Sammen om en jobb
Ndey is a Project Coordinator at Sammen Om En Jobb. She is a dedicated mentor, diversity, inclusion, and belonging advocate, project and business developer, and author. She empowers individuals and fosters inclusion through mentoring initiatives and diversity-focused programs. With over 20 years of experience, she has led impactful projects that drive growth and positive change. As a passionate social activist, Ndey works to break down barriers to success and make a meaningful difference in the communities she serves.
Meryn Zumbo Willetts, Innovation and Inclusion Specialist, Umbrella
Meryn is the CEO and co-founder of Umbrella. She operates at the crossroads of innovation, recruitment, inclusive leadership, and systemic change. Her unique professional journey has involved consulting on a wide range of business endeavors, including formulating organizational strategies and culture initiatives and devising innovative blueprints for sustainable business growth. All her work is grounded in fostering a diverse and thriving workforce.
