📅 Welcome to the last three sessions of BYMM Workshops, which will take place biweekly on the following Saturdays: 31st August, 14th and 28th September, from 17:00 to 18:30 - facilitated by Hera Alexandra Zaule, at Oscars gate 27, for free. 🧘🏼♀️ Join us for this unique series focusing on breathwork and meditation, aimed at helping internationals and repatriates in Oslo to integrate, while improving their mental health and wellbeing. 🏡 Where: Oscars gate 27, at room San Francisco - entrance is in the back of the building and going downstairs. 💬 Recommendation: Since these sessions are focused on breathwork and drumming meditation, we recommend avoiding eating for at least one hour beforehand. It's preferable to do breathwork on an empty stomach. If you eat before the session, blood will be directed to the stomach for digestion, which can prevent you from gaining the full benefits of your practice. 💰 Price: gratis! As part of the Oslo International Welcome Center (OIWC) initiatives towards sustainable integration in Oslo. An ongoing, balanced, and effective process of incorporating internationals and repatriates into the social, economic, and cultural fabric of Oslo in a way that is beneficial for both the newcomers and the local community. 😃 BYMM Workshops are the perfect escape from a busy life, offering a peaceful space to breathe, meditate and integrate. So bring your family and friends with you and let's welcome autumn together!
