Liebherr Group reveal the worlds largest EV vehicle. The new all electric Liebherr T-264 dumper truck, designed for the mining industry, is very likely the worlds largest land based EV! With a 6MW purpose made charger it only takes 30 minutes to re-charge. If you want to see one up close they will be appearing in Australian mines next year. Being fully autonomous there will be little chance of you getting a test drive. More Details below: YouTube: https://lnkd.in/gXQp7Y_z Liebherr: https://lnkd.in/gkPYjP3v

A big thanks to the IESANZ - The Lighting Society for inviting our IET New Zealand members to join them at this evening's presentation on the differences in the lighting design process between Europe and North America. Devki RajGuru talked beyond just the different units of measurements. It was fascinating to hear how the team interactions differ between countries and how lighting design styles change across Europe (North to South) and and across the US (East to West). It was surprising to hear how the the socio-economic consideration's and value of lighting differs between the Europe and North America too. It was a truly fascinating evening topped off by a couple of social drinks afterwards. We wish Devki all the best for the next leg of her holiday which takes her to the South Island by ferry tomorrow morning. 📸 A quick picture below to keep our social media people happy :)
