We are very excited to share that Inovo’s Dave Robinson is a finalist in this year’s South Island Property People Awards 🌟 A nominee for the Greenwood Roche Young Achiever of the Year, Dave is an Associate at Inovo and our Engineering Team Manager, leading a team of fifteen talented land development engineers. Dave believes that land development and property professionals are an integral part in creating future cities, communities, and neighbourhoods. While he recognises that climate change issues, infrastructure constraints and environmental legislation changes all create a challenging environment for development, he believes that with the right knowledge and experience, land development experts can help lead the property sector forward and Dave is motivated and committed to contributing to these advancements. Dave is well respected at Inovo for his knowledge and his leadership style and we couldn’t be more pleased for him for achieving a finalist position. We’ll be there on Awards night to support him! #CreatePlanDeliver #OurPeople #InovoLeadership #Careers #CivilEngineering #Proud Property Council New Zealand

🎉 We're celebrating with Yaldhurst School Tōtara Tūkaha! They have brand new classroom facilities and are holding a Ring the Bell event this Friday to mark the occasion. 🔔 As Project Managers, Inovo oversaw the demolition of three outdated classrooms to make way for two modern, open-plan teaching spaces. The design-and-build project was carefully completed in stages to ensure that the school could safely remain open for all staff and students. It was great to collaborate with Hann Construction to deliver these outstanding new classroom facilities. #CreatPlanDeliver #ProjectManagement #Education #Construction #ModernLearningSpaces

It was an early start in Ōtepoti | Dunedin. Inovo’s Jesse Parkinson was invited to present on Programme Management at a NZ Institute of Building ‘Under the Hard Hats’ forum. The capacity crowd gave great feedback, with one attendee noting ‘it was the best event we (NZ Institute of Building) have put on to date’. Jesse is Inovo’s South Island Construction Planning Lead, and he’s currently working on a range of projects including Dunedin Hospital’s Outpatient Building, Cromwell’s new Memorial Hall and Events Centre and the Skyline Queenstown Redevelopment https://lnkd.in/ggQZXbC6 - the largest private investment in the tourism sector in New Zealand with construction forecast to span five key stages over a 7-year period. Jesse’s presentation focussed on: • contract programme – intensification of contract requirements and industry statistics. • EOT's – substantiating delays, measuring mitigation. • what makes a healthy programme? • programme updates – baseline and regular maintenance. • the Skyline Queenstown project as an in-depth case study. New Zealand Institute of Building Southern members – stay tuned as there may be a repeat of the presentation at a Queenstown event. www.nziob.org.nz/events/ #CreatePlanDeliver #projectplanning #projectprogramme
