Methane mitigation through innovation

About us

Welcome to Ruminant BioTech. We were founded out of a desire to solve the global methane emissions problem caused by ruminant animals. With methane emissions from livestock being one of the largest unaddressed sources of greenhouse gas emissions, and a major focus for governments and corporates worldwide, we have developed a slow-release device, called a bolus, that sits in the cow’s stomach for up to six months and delivers high levels of methane knockdown over that time period. We're changing the game in the greenhouse gas emissions from ruminant animals.
