This week, during Australian Airports Association Safety Week, we’ve loved seeing the emphasis on the power of shared knowledge and community-building in driving safety culture forward.   With experience working alongside over 10,000 organisations, we’ve often observed that those making strides in safety culture maturity lead the way by fostering inclusive, safety-positive environments. In our partnership with Heathrow Airport, they measured safety culture maturity across 30 of their largest suppliers. This initiative now reaches over 70% of the airport’s workforce, offering a comprehensive view of the Heathrow risk landscape.   If you'd like to hear more, take a listen to Amanda Owen MBE, Heathrow Airport and two supply chain partners Russell Pink, United Airlines and Liam Simpson, Wilson James in this Safe365 webinar to learn more about how Heathrow has empowered collaborative decision-making, fostered collective awareness, and built shared commitment to target key areas for improvement across their network.
