Don't expect help. It's every man for himself. This was the attitude At my old jobs. There was no collaboration, Or strong feeling of connection. But TAS is different. Here, everyone has your back; There's culture of supporting each other. Whether you have to take a half-day, or need help finishing a project, The whole team is ready to step in. This spirit of lifting each other up Is what makes TAS so special. It's actually built into our daily routine This focus on asking for help if we need it. So being part of this supportive culture Means I'm always happy to lend a hand, too. Because I know we always look out for one another And we're on the same team. - Note from Ollie

I used to pour beer for a job. Now I don't. When I worked as a bartender, I felt replaceable. The work wasn't something I personally valued And I didn't feel a drive to grow within my role. But working at TAS feels completely different. Here, I feel like I'm making an impact. Like I'm valued as an individual. So every day I'm driven to work on myself To see what I can bring to the team tomorrow. It's all because of the culture of trust and support here at TAS That makes each and every one of us want to focus on our growth. I've learned to value my own opinion As well as communicate and cooperate with different types of people. So the TAS culture has boosted my confidence, And taught me skills I believe I'll carry with me For the rest of my life. - Note from Leigh

When I first stepped into my role, My mind was crowded with two voices. One was loud and constant, Telling me I didn’t know what I was doing. It felt like the world was closing in, And I was somehow to blame. But over time, I learned to tune into the quieter voice inside my head. The one that trusted in herself and her instincts as a leader, Gradually, I learned to let go of the need for perfection and embrace my experience. Thanks to this, and the invaluable help and support I get. I was able to overcome that constant state of anxiety. And move forward as a leader. Leading with a deeper trust in myself. Stepping back often to understand what's happening around me, So I can solve problems and move my team ahead. This shift has transformed how I lead, And I’m honestly so grateful for the journey that brought me here. - Note from Mel

Before joining TAS, I was working in the engineering field. The culture was pretty rigid; Come in, get the job done, and leave, Totally focused on results. So when I started at TAS, the difference was huge. Our culture is genuinely pleasant. We're people-focused and friendly. So I feel like I can be open And honest about my feelings. I’ve built real friendships with my coworkers, And we share common interests and goals. It feels like we’re all working towards something together, And everyone seems to genuinely enjoy life. Sometimes, I even get a touch of FOMO for not being in the New Zealand office, Because our culture is just that good. It's like this sense of community That encourages openness and honesty between us all. And I feel that sense of connection, even though I'm working on the other side of the globe. It’s a big part of what makes working here so awesome. - Note from Don
