Post from Senator Roberts Uncensored: The class struggle in Australia pits the political elites against ordinary Australians. I highlighted that Labor's approach to promoting wealth equality seems to ensure that most of us remain or become poor. The beneficiaries, however, are Labor leaders, union bosses, those profiting from the Aboriginal industry and COVID millionaires. Labor's policies are driving up inflation, increased cost of living, higher electricity prices, and destroying the economy, all at the expense of incomes, health and overall economic stability. While political elites enjoy substantial pay increases, everyday Australians are finding themselves falling behind. The Labor government is failing comprehensively and the losers are young and old Australians and future generations.

Finland is set to become the first country in the world to begin vaccinating humans against the possibility of an outbreak of H5N1 avian flu, commonly referred to as “bird flu”. They have purchased 40 million doses. The first round of vaccines will be given to people determined to be at a high risk because they work in close proximity to animals. Currently, Finland has no reported cases of bird flu in humans. Subscribe ⤵️ Voices For Freedom

Pierre-Nicolas Nups, a far-right candidate in France, is facing hate crime charges for an election poster stating, “Let’s give white children a future.” Critics have slammed it as racist and hateful, leading to legal action. Nups defends the poster, claiming it promotes hope for youth and accuses opponents of maliciously misinterpreting its message. https://lnkd.in/g8qewTMs

Michael Baker, the epidemiologist Kiwis love to hate, is at it again. “…but basically people of all ages are also getting long-term effects, long COVID, and the good news is that the vaccine protects you against both of those outcomes. So that is still the main thing … get your COVID vaccine, your boosters, and also of course get your influenza vaccine at the moment”.

The residents of K'gari (formerly Fraser Island) are worried about potential restrictions on accessing national park areas due to a land claim by indigenous corporations. Locals are particularly concerned about a "secretive" bid for freehold ownership of the two main townships, Eurong and Happy Valley, by the Butchulla Aboriginal Corporation. https://lnkd.in/g6kVzVuy

“And there is a big appetite out there to forget and move on, but I think it is absolutely beholden upon people like us to say … no. And there is an enormous reckoning that has to be lived up to and lived through and accepted. And unless and until that happens, people like me are going to keep on banging on and banging on and saying … no. It’s all on record what you did, what you said. And the extent to which Covid was simply used as a tool to open a door to bring in this technological revolution which leads to a digital archipelago, we can see it. It's plain. It's evident and clear”.

From the cassette tapes and pay phones of the 1980s to the streaming services and smartphones of the 2020s, life has transformed dramatically. The ‘essence’ of human connection remains, but the mediums through which we communicate, work and entertain ourselves have evolved into a digital landscape unimaginable just a few decades ago. It’s a slippery slope.

The Australian Institute of Public Affairs (IPA) has raised alarms about the Federal Government's new childcare curriculum. Their analysis found hundreds of mentions of diversity, inclusion and Indigenous culture, but none of "mother", "father" or "parent". The framework includes daily ‘acknowledgement of country’ and display of Indigenous flags. Dr Bella d'Abrera, director of the Foundations of Western Civilisation programME at IPA, said parents should be concerned. “These centres should be where children play in sandpits, draw with crayons and have afternoon naps, not be inducted into the cults of social justice, identity politics and sustainability by activist educators”, she said. What are your thoughts?
