The 7th edition of the #STARTProgram is on and SIBS has welcomed 14 young graduates with lot of energy and enthusiasm! 🚀 During the program, this group of STARTERS will take part in innovative projects in the most diverse core areas of SIBS's business and operations such as strategy, product management, AI, digital commerce, marketing, accounting, card production and personalisation and financial flow management. In order to integrate them into the SIBS family in the best possible way, the 14 young STARTERS have been given various onboarding and training sessions, including flashtalks, group dynamics and presentations of the various SIBS areas! In the next months, they will go through various challenges and projects always with the support from the Human Resources team, a mentor and a buddy. 💪 Over the last seven editions, the START Program has already involved 120 young people. The summer festival season is coming to an end and last weekend thousands of festival-goers flocked to the CA Vilar de Mouros Festival. SIBS was the payment partner with #MBWAY and has analysed some of the results from the four days of the festival. The results of #SIBSANALYTICS showed that: 👉 A total of 21,000 transactions were made by festival-goers who spent an average of 28 euros per card; 👉 28% of payments were made with #MBWAY and 26% of these were made with the Eco option active; 👉 89% of the payments were made with Portuguese cards; 👉 The top 5 foreign nationalities were Spain, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Belgium.
