🔬 New Product Launches! 🔬 🔬 Beckman Coulter Life Sciences has launched the Biomek Echo One system for high-throughput genomic sample preparation. This platform offers acoustic liquid handling for genomic applications, including DNA assemblies and library prep for next-gen sequencing. It integrates the Echo 525 Acoustic Liquid Handler and Biomek i7 Hybrid Workstation, streamlining steps like extraction, ligation, and pooling, while performing centrifugation, shaking, and thermal incubation. 🔬 Natera has introduced the Donor Quality Score (DQS) for Prospera Heart. This feature normalizes background total cell-free DNA, combining traditional cfDNA measurements with a new algorithm for comprehensive risk assessment of antibody-mediated and acute cellular rejection, enhancing sensitivity, specificity, and negative predictive value. 🔬 Epigenica has launched the EpiFinder platform for high-throughput, multiplexed, quantitative ChIP-seq. The EpiFinder Genome kit targets up to eight markers across 24 samples, creating 192 genome-wide profiles in three days with 14 hours of hands-on time. The kit includes custom-designed software for data analysis and uses Ligation-Sensitive Amplification with Coded Adapter (LACODE) technology. 🔬 Micronbrane Medical has introduced PaRTI-Seq Scale Up Kits for metagenomic next-gen sequencing. Available in 48-reaction increments, the kits come in two versions: PaRTI-Seq Lite and PaRTI-Seq Research.
