    Meet our intern Aleksandra Kostrzewa! 🌟 Hi Aleksandra! Where do you come from and what did you study? - I’m from Warsaw, Poland. My academic background includes a BSc in Nutrition and Food Sciences and an MSc in Food Systems with a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship. What projects are you involved in here at Glucanova?  - At Glucanova, I’m working on projects at the R&D level. I am involved in the development of new food prototypes and the characterization of the test study products in the lab. What are your plans for the future? - I would like to continue becoming more proficient in the fields of my studies and engage in science communication and health promotion in the future. I’m passionate about sustainable nutrition, functional foods and microbiome research, and I want to stay committed to driving positive change and finding sustainable solutions to global food challenges. We are so happy to have you as a part of our team, Aleksandra! 💚
