KÖTT ELLER VEGO... KAN DU KÄNNA SKILLNADEN?👀 Kött är godare än vego! Mmm.. Det är ett av de vanligaste argumenten folk uppger som barriär till att äta mer vegetariskt. Men, hur väl känner vi egentligen våra smaklökar? Just denna fråga ville vi på Beteendelabbet och Jävligt Gott laborera med och testa via ett normutmanande smakexperiment på Way Out West via innovationsplattformen Proteinrevolutionen. Syftet med experimentet är att utmana och förändra normer kring konsumtion av hållbara proteiner genom att slå hål på rådande smakmyter. 🥼 Vi samlade in nästan 200 modiga experimentdeltagare och är nu i full fart att analysera datan. Deltagarna fick sätta på sig en ögonbindel och smaka på två smakprover, där de sedan fick berätta om smakupplevelsen och vidare ange i en enkät vad de trodde de åt för något protein i smakproverna... Hemligheten var att smakproverna var helt identiska ..🤫 Tror ni att de kände någon skillnad mellan alternativen ändå?😉   Stay tuned i våra kanaler för att få reda på de spännande resultaten!
