    XiuLing 秀玲 GUO 郭 spoke with Lynlee Foo on her Industry Insight program in the lead-up to #IWD2025 and talked (with passion!) about the latest trends in food tech innovation and how Singapore and Nurasa are best placed to be the gateway to Asia and beyond globally, in the space of sustainable nutrition. She also spoke candidly about the challenges the ecosystem faces by way of consumer and market acceptance and the ways in which Nurasa has risen to meet these opportunities presented as a result.
